About the Role

- Manage end-to-end admissions counseling, including ensuring lead conversion, program explanation, and guiding prospective students.

- Handle student queries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

- Provide program guidance based on student background, career goals, and suitability.

- Maintain and update CRM/leads data, ensuring proper tracking and timely follow-ups.

- Coordinate with internal teams for admissions processing, documentation, and onboarding.

- Support post-admission engagement, including orientation and basic academic guidance.

- Assist in admission campaigns, webinars, and outreach activities.

- Achieve admission and conversion targets while maintaining ethical counseling practices.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
