Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion & Sales: Reach out to inbound/outbound leads via phone, email, or video calls and convert prospects into paid enrollments.
- Consultative Counseling: Conduct detailed student/client assessments to understand career goals, academic gaps, and learning needs.
- Pitch & Presentation: Showcase the unique value proposition of the company's courses, learning modules, or tech platform through live demos or presentations.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain clean, updated records of all leads, follow-ups, conversion stages, and daily sales metrics in the CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
