Position Overview

We are seeking energetic and customer-centric Online Admission Counselors fluent in South and Regional languages to join our Hyderabad office. In this role, you will interact directly with prospective students across southern and eastern regions of India, understand their academic and career goals, counsel them on our online degree offerings, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Student Counseling: Handle inbound and outbound calls/queries from prospective online education students, providing tailored guidance on courses, eligibility, fee structures, and career prospects.
- Regional Engagement: Utilize regional language proficiency (Tamil, Malayalam, Odia, or Kannada) to effectively connect with students and parents from respective states, building trust and delivering clarity.
- Lead Conversion: Follow up consistently on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and drive admissions targets.
- End-to-End Application Support: Assist students with online application completion, document verification, and fee submission processes.




- Database & CRM Management: Maintain precise call records, follow-up schedules, and pipeline status in the university CRM system.
- Program Knowledge: Stay thoroughly updated on Parul University’s online programs, accreditations, LMS platform features, and educational trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications1. Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Business Development (EdTech/Higher Education experience is a strong advantage).

2. Language Requirements (Mandatory)

- Fluent in English (Verbal and Written).
- Fluency in at least ONE of the following regional languages:
- Tamil
- Malayalam
- Odia
- Kannada(Note: Working knowledge of Telugu or Hindi is an added bonus).

3. Key Competencies

- Strong persuasive communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work with targets and perform in a high-energy setting.
- Problem-solving attitude with high emotional intelligence to handle student queries politely.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using CRM platforms and standard office software.
