Job Summary

LOGICA AVIATION is looking for a confident, target-oriented, and persuasive Admission Counsellor to engage with prospective students and candidates interested in aviation, airport operations, cabin crew, and other career-oriented training programs.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and counselling skills, the ability to convert enquiries into admissions, and a consistent focus on achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand student requirements and provide appropriate course guidance.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, duration, career opportunities, and program benefits.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Conduct counselling sessions for students and parents.
- Invite prospective students for counselling sessions and campus visits.
- Handle student and parent queries professionally and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, calls, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission, conversion, and performance targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling, admissions, and management teams.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective students until the admission process is completed.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents through professional communication.





Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in sales, counselling, admissions, education, telecalling, or customer handling will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Tamil and English.
- Strong convincing, counselling, and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
