Ardee Montessori House, Munirka

Ardee Montessori House is looking for a confident, warm, and parent-focused Admission Counsellor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from prospective parents and provide clear, professional information about the school and its programmes.
- Build positive relationships with parents and effectively manage parent interactions.
- Conduct school tours and counselling sessions for prospective families.
- Follow up with prospective parents from the initial enquiry through to enrolment.
- Represent the school with warmth, professionalism, and a strong understanding of the school’s ethos.
- Maintain accurate admission records and ensure timely documentation and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience for families.

What We’re Looking For ✔2–3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a pre-primary/early years school.





✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly with parents.

✔ Strong interpersonal and counselling skills with the ability to handle parent queries confidently.

✔ Good documentation and administrative skills.

✔ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI tools will be an added advantage.

✔ A skilled, approachable and presentable personality.

✔ Ability to manage multiple enquiries, follow-ups and admission processes efficiently.
