British Columbia College of Management (BCCM) is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Academic Counsellor to join our team.

? Location: Knowledge Park 3, Greater Noida

? Experience: Fresher to 1 Year

? Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

? Employment Type: Full-Time

### Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students regarding courses, programs, eligibility, and admission procedures.

Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.

Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.

Explain course details, fees, career opportunities, and other relevant information.

Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.





Coordinate with the academic and admission teams for smooth student onboarding.

Achieve assigned admission and counselling targets.

Build a positive relationship with students and parents throughout the admission process.

### Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with calling, counselling, and follow-ups.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience will be preferred.
