About the Role

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and student-focused Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, explaining academic programs, handling admission enquiries, following up with prospective students, and supporting the institution in achieving its admission and enrolment objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, admission procedures, fee structure, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' academic background, interests, and career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Explain the institution's courses, facilities, academic setting, and career opportunities effectively.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and parents to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling interactions, applications, and admission status.
- Assist students in completing application forms and submitting the required documents.
- Coordinate with academic, administration, and other relevant departments to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Conduct one-to-one and telephonic counselling sessions with prospective students.
- Participate in admission drives, education fairs, school/college visits, seminars, open houses, and promotional activities when required.
- Maintain professional relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Meet assigned admission/enrolment targets and follow-up timelines.
- Provide timely and accurate information while ensuring a positive experience for prospective students.




- Prepare and share regular reports related to leads, follow-ups, applications, and admissions.
- Ensure all admission activities are carried out in accordance with institutional policies and procedures.

Required Skills
- Pleasing Personality with excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong English communication skills; Hindi communication will be an added advantage.
- Excellent counselling, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasing personality and professional approach.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Candidates with experience in admissions, education counselling, student counselling, inside sales, or a related field will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.

Experience 2-5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, education sales, customer service, or a related field. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
