Admin, CRM & Member Data Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin, CRM & Member Data Executive to manage member information, CRM operations, administrative coordination, and data accuracy for a premium wellness and private members’ society. The role is ideal for professionals with experience in hotel CRM, guest relations/data management, loyalty programmes, club operations, fitness/wellness platforms, or premium hospitality environments.

You will play an important role in ensuring that member information is accurate, accessible, secure, and effectively used to deliver a highly personalized member experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the member database and CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Maintain detailed member profiles, preferences, interactions, memberships, visits, and engagement history.
- Handle member onboarding, profile creation, renewals, upgrades, transfers, and database updates.
- Monitor data quality, identify gaps/duplicates, and ensure information is consistently maintained.
- Generate regular CRM reports, member MIS, engagement reports, and data dashboards for management.
- Support the team with member segmentation based on preferences, usage patterns, interests, and engagement.
- Coordinate member communications, campaigns, events, wellness programmes, and special initiatives through CRM.
- Maintain records of member feedback, requests, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Membership, Wellness, Hospitality, Events, Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless member service.
- Assist in tracking member attendance, bookings, participation, and engagement across club facilities.
- Support administrative activities including documentation, trackers, reporting, scheduling, and internal coordination.




- Ensure confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive member information.
- Identify opportunities to improve member engagement, retention, and overall experience through effective use of data.

- Hotel CRM / Guest Relations / Loyalty teams
- Hospitality membership or private clubs
- Airline loyalty programmes / frequent-flyer desks
- Premium fitness and wellness companies
- Sports, fitness or wellness clubs
- Customer experience / CRM operations
- Lifestyle, luxury retail or membership-based businesses

Relevant backgrounds may include: Hotel CRM / Guest Relations / Loyalty | Marriott / Taj / IHCL-type hospitality environments | Airline Loyalty | Fitness & Wellness Operations | Club Membership | Customer Experience | CRM & Data Management.

Key Skills

- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and database management
- Excellent MS Excel / Google Sheets skills
