Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage Amazon Ads / AMS campaigns end-to-end.

- Create, structure and optimise Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns.

- Conduct advanced keyword research, targeting and competitor analysis.

- Manage bids, budgets, placements and campaign structures.

- Analyse Search Term Reports and optimise search terms and keywords.

- Manage negative keywords and keyword harvesting.

- Continuously optimise campaigns to improve ACOS, ROAS and TACOS.

- Monitor CTR, CPC, CVR, impressions, clicks, sales and ad spend.

- Identify underperforming campaigns/keywords and take corrective actions.

- Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining profitability and target KPIs.

- Develop Amazon Ads strategies for current product launches and existing products.

- Prepare detailed Amazon Ads performance reports with actionable insights.

- Independently manage and optimise advertising budgets.

Mandatory Requirements

- 3+ years of strong,



hands-on Amazon Ads / PPC experience.

- Amazon Ads must be the primary area of expertise, not a small part of general e-commerce operations.

- Proven experience independently creating and managing Amazon PPC campaigns.

- Strong practical knowledge of ACOS, ROAS and TACOS.

- Hands-on experience with keyword research, bid optimisation, Search Term Reports and negative keywords.

- Strong understanding of Amazon Sponsored Ads.

- Experience with Amazon Seller Central / Amazon Advertising Console.

- Ability to independently manage the entire campaign lifecycle.

- Strong analytical and performance-driven approach.

Preferred

- Experience managing large Amazon advertising budgets.

- Experience with Amazon DSP.

- Experience in scaling Amazon brands/products profitably.

- Experience with FMCG, healthcare, consumer products or D2C brands.
