Palmonas is a Pune-based demi-fine jewellery brand founded in 2022 by Pallavi Mohadikar and Dr.

Amol Patwari, with actress Shraddha Kapoor joining as a co-founder. The brand sits between everyday fashion accessories and traditional fine jewellery, offering well-crafted, trend-led pieces in surgical stainless steel and sterling silver with gold finishes, designed for everyday wear at accessible price points. Known to many from Shark Tank India, Palmonas started as a direct-to-consumer (D2C) online brand and has grown into an omnichannel business, selling through its own website, major e-commerce marketplaces, and a growing network of retail stores across India.

Its vision is to be the number one demi-fine jewellery brand for the modern woman, and its fast-growing finance team plays a key role in keeping that growth accurate and well-controlled.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle, including invoicing, collections, payment accounting, and outstanding follow-ups.
- Handle and reconcile marketplace receivables, settlements, deductions, returns, cancellations,

and other adjustments.

- Strong working knowledge of major e-commerce marketplaces, especially Amazon, Flipkart, and

Myntra.





- Manage marketplace reconciliation and identify discrepancies between sales, settlements,

invoices, and bank receipts.

- Prepare and review revenue reconciliation, customer/marketplace ledger reconciliation, and books of accounts.
- Handle other AR activities such as debit/credit notes, TDS, GST-related accounting, payment reconciliation, and customer ledger review.
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting of revenue and receipts in the books.
- Prepare MIS and reconciliation reports as required by management.

Requirements

- B.Com qualification with 5+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounting.
- Strong understanding of E-commerce and Marketplace accounting.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra is highly preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of reconciliation, revenue accounting, customer ledgers, and books of accounts.
- Strong Excel skills and analytical ability.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage AR activities and resolve accounting/reconciliation issues.
