Role Description The Accounts Receivable Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Malappuram. The role involves managing customer invoicing, recording payments, and maintaining accurate accounts receivable ledgers.

The Accounts Receivable

Executive will follow up on outstanding balances, reconcile customer accounts, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.



This role also includes preparing periodic reports on receivables, supporting month-end closing activities, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in accounts receivable management, including invoicing, payment posting, and account reconciliation.
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles and experience using accounting or ERP software.
- Attention to detail with solid numerical and analytical abilities for reviewing statements and resolving discrepancies.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to organize workload, meet deadlines, and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced workplace.
- Prior experience in logistics, shipping, or related industries is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
