Experience: 1 to 4 Years

Salary: 40k to 42k max

AR CALLER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- 1 to 4 years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling

- Experience in Insurance Follow-up / Denials / Rejections
- Physician Billing / Hospital Billing experience preferred
- Good knowledge of claim status and insurance follow-up

Key Responsibilities - Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims

- Identify and resolve claim denials and rejections





- Verify claim status and payment details

- Maintain accurate follow-up notes

- Meet daily productivity and quality targets

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
- Identify and address denial management strategies to minimize claim rejections and optimize cash flow.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as claims processing, patient access, and customer service to ensure seamless communication.
- Utilize Epic Systems (EPIC) software for effective claim submission and tracking.
- Analyze UB-04 forms accurately for accurate coding and compliance.
