JOB VACANCY – ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR

Position: Accounts Administrator (URGENT)

Experience: 1–3 years

Location: kinfra menamkulam, trivandrum,Kerala

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator with good accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in Tally and day-to-day accounts administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales invoicing and maintaining sales records
- Entering and maintaining purchase invoices
- Maintaining the Cash Book and day-to-day accounting entries
- Bank reconciliation and monitoring bank transactions
- Preparing and depositing cheques/cash into the company bank account
- Handling routine bank errands and documentation
- Following up with customers for pending payments
- Preparing Statements of Account (SOA) and sharing them with customers
- Preparing weekly and monthly accounts/collection reports




- Maintaining proper filing and documentation of accounts records
- Assisting in other day-to-day accounting and administrative activities

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts/accounts administration
- Valuable working knowledge of Tally
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Good knowledge of invoicing, purchase entries, bank reconciliation and cash handling
- Good Excel and computer skills
- Willingness to travel to the bank and handle routine banking errands
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Must be responsible, organised and trustworthy
