Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accounts Manager to manage the company's accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting and accounts team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely completion of all accounting and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, billing, invoicing and payments.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare monthly MIS, financial reports, reconciliations and closing statements.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer and ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding receivables, payables, expenses and cash flow.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll accounting and statutory deductions.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors and statutory authorities.
- Maintain proper accounting records, supporting documents and audit files.
- Review financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Supervise and guide the accounts team and ensure timely completion of work.




- Assist management with budgeting, financial analysis and decision-making.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and take corrective action.

Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience in team handling and independently managing accounts operations.
- Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Should be detail-oriented, responsible and capable of working under deadlines.
