Sky Gold & Diamonds Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting and gold jewellery manufacturing operations.

Position: Accounts Executive

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 2–4 years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com; Inter CA is an advantage

Industry experience: Gems & Jewellery, bullion, or manufacturing required

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily sales, purchase, expense, and journal entries in the accounting ERP
- Maintain stock records and track gold movement, including job-work issuance and receipt reconciliation
- Prepare daily bank reconciliations and review bullion supplier ledgers
- Monitor debtor and creditor ageing and reconcile inter-branch accounts
- Prepare data for GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2B
- Follow up with vendors and customers, support payment planning,



and obtain account confirmations
- Assist with month-end closing, stock valuation, and statutory and internal audits

Ideal Candidate You are proactive, honest, detail-oriented, and comfortable working to tight deadlines. You have 2–4 years of accounts experience, including experience in the gems and jewellery, bullion, or manufacturing industry.
