Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and issue sales invoices.
- Record purchase bills and expense vouchers.
- Maintain receipt and payment entries.
- Handle daily bank and cash transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Verify and maintain party ledgers.
- Follow up on pending payments and outstanding dues.
- Prepare accounting data for GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and TDS filings.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports, MIS, and other accounting statements.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of routine accounting activities.





Eligibility and Requirements
- B.Com degree from a regular college.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience. Freshers with a strong understanding of accounting fundamentals may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Working knowledge of Tally, GST, and TDS.
- Good numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to attend a face-to-face interview at the office.

Salary and Perks
- Monthly salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000, depending on skills and experience.
