Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations at our slaughterhouse facility in Hapur. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, GST, reconciliations, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt and expense entries.
- Manage GST returns, GST reconciliation and TDS-related work.
- Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, debit/credit notes and other accounting documents.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain proper records of all financial transactions and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers,



banks and internal departments.
- Prepare MIS and other accounting reports as required by management.
- Ensure timely completion of month-end closing and statutory accounting requirements.

Required Skills & Qualification
- Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / Finance or related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliation and taxation basics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
- Experience in meat, food processing, manufacturing, or slaughterhouse industry will be preferred.
- Positive communication, accuracy and analytical skills.
- Candidate should be comfortable working at a slaughterhouse/factory location in Hapur.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
