A. Position Accounts Manager owns finalisation, statutory compliance, audits, MIS & costing, and leads a 4-6 member team, reporting to the Accounts Head.

Experience - 10 years

Location Head Office (Thane / Kalyan / Dombivali belt)

MUST-HAVE screen on these FIRST

- B.Com Inter CA / M.Com (CA Final a plus)
- 10 years in accounts & finance, including leading a small team
- Hands-on finalisation (monthly & yearly) and audit handling (statutory/tax/GST/internal)
- Current GST, TDS, Income Tax & statutory compliance (PF/ESI/PT)
- MIS, budgeting & variance analysis
- Advanced Excel Tally / ERP
- Manufacturing industry background
- Lives within a reasonable daily commute of HO (see gate)

WHAT THE JOB INVOLVES (KRAs)

- Monthly & yearly finalisation of accounts
- All statutory compliance: GST, TDS, Advance Tax, PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax
- Handle statutory, tax, GST & internal audits
- Bank, vendor & debtor reconciliations; internal controls
- Monthly MIS, budgeting & variance analysis
- Inventory valuation & cost / department-wise accounting
- Run Tally / ERP accurately; drive controls & data quality
- Lead, review & develop a 4-6 member accounts team

B. for Accounts Executive role -





Position Accounts Executive handles day-to-day accounting, reconciliations and compliance support, reporting to the Accounts Head.

Experience - 3 years

Location Head Office (Thane / Kalyan / Dombivali belt)

MUST-HAVE screen on these FIRST

- B.Com / M.Com
- 5 years hands-on accounting (not just data entry support)
- Day-to-day entries in Tally / Busy / ERP
- GST input/output & TDS reconciliation and returns support
- Bank, vendor & debtor reconciliation
- Positive Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, formulas)
- Lives within a reasonable daily commute of HO (see gate)

WHAT THE JOB INVOLVES (KRAs)

- Day-to-day accounting entries — purchase, sales, journal, payment, receipt
- Bank, vendor & debtor reconciliations
- GST input/output & TDS reconciliation and returns support
- Petty cash, reimbursements & expense accounting
- Supporting schedules for monthly & year-end finalisation
- Inventory / stock movement entries & valuation support
- Documentation for statutory / internal / GST audit
- Coordinate with vendors, customers & departments for accounts queries
