About Chainskart

Chainskart is a growing jewellery business based in Zaveri Bazar, Mumbai, dealing in gold jewellery and chains. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team and manage day-to-day accounting operations.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
- Handle purchase and sales invoices, payment and receipt entries.
- Maintain ledgers and conduct bank, vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Work on Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Assist with GST and TDS-related compliance.
- Monitor receivables and payables.
- Prepare debit notes, credit notes and basic accounting reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Coordinate with the CA, auditors,



vendors and internal teams.
- Support the finance team with day-to-day accounting and documentation requirements.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- B.Com or relevant qualification preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST and TDS.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Positive numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in the jewellery, gold, manufacturing or trading industry will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
