Position: Accounts & Finance Executive – Fresher

Qualification: B.Com / B.Com (Accounting & Finance)

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated B.Com graduate to join our Accounts & Finance team. The candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting, Tally, taxation, and financial documentation. This role is suitable for freshers who are looking to build their career in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, and expenses.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and supporting documents.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and accounts reconciliation.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and MIS.
- Maintain proper records of accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other taxation-related activities.
- Support GST/TDS calculations, data preparation, and filing-related documentation.
- Assist senior accountants during audits and statutory compliance activities.




- Verify bills, invoices, and expense claims for accuracy.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills
- B.Com degree with a basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Practical knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Good understanding of debit, credit, journal, ledger, and trial balance.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and work with accounting and taxation processes.

Preferred Skills
- Tally certification or accounting-related certification.
- Basic knowledge of GST return preparation.
- Knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS.
- Internship or practical training in accounting will be an advantage.
