– Accountant Position: Accountant Department: Accounts & Finance Experience: 2–5 Years Employment Type: Full time Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, bookkeeping, reconciliations, GST and TDS compliances, and support the finance team in monthly and annual financial closing.

Key Responsibilities - Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.

- Handle bookkeeping and ledger maintenance.
- Perform Bank, Customer, Vendor and Ledger Reconciliation.
- Prepare and review GSTR-1 data and ensure accurate sales reporting.
- Perform GSTR-2B reconciliation with purchase records and books.
- Assist in preparation and filing of GSTR-3B.
- Calculate and process TDS deductions as applicable.
- Prepare TDS challans and payment details.
- Prepare and maintain data required for TDS returns and other statutory compliances.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for required invoices, bills and supporting documents.




- Identify discrepancies in accounting records and resolve them in coordination with the concerned team.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills &

Qualifications - Good working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.

- Practical knowledge of Bookkeeping and Accounting.
- Good understanding of GST and TDS compliance.
- Hands-on experience with GSTR-1, GSTR-2B reconciliation and GSTR-3B.
- Knowledge of TDS deduction, challan preparation/payment and return data preparation.
- Good knowledge of account reconciliation.
- Basic understanding of financial closing procedures.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting activities and meet compliance deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in handling day-to-day accounting, GST, TDS, reconciliations and financial closing and should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
