We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, prepare reports, and ensure timely compliance with applicable tax and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain GST invoices, e-invoices, and e-way bills, as applicable.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain customer and supplier accounts and follow up for outstanding payments.
- Prepare monthly and periodic financial statements and MIS reports.
- Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Monitor expenses and ensure proper accounting and documentation.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, customers, and suppliers when required.




- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
- Positive numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification preferred.
- Relevant accounting experience will be an advantage.

Experience 1–5 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance, depending on the level of the position.
