We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, sales and purchase entries, GST-related work, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally/Tally ERP, GST, sales & purchase accounting, and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle sales and purchase entries in Tally/Tally ERP.
- Manage GST-related accounting and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and other accounting records.
- Verify purchase and sales bills and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain ledgers and assist with account reconciliation.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding bills and payments.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry in Tally ERP.
- Support the senior accounts team in routine accounting and compliance activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Good working knowledge of Tally/Tally ERP.
- Practical knowledge of GST.
- Experience in Sales & Purchase Accounting.
- Good knowledge of invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and basic reconciliations.
- Positive command of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with hands-on experience in Tally, GST, sales/purchase entries, vendor coordination, and routine accounting operations will be preferred.l.
