Job Summary:

The Accountant will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate books, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with GST and other statutory requirements. This role demands precision, reliability, and strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

- Day-to-Day Accounting:
- Record and reconcile sales, purchase, expenses, and journal entries in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, etc.)
- Handle petty cash and bank reconciliations
- GST & TDS Compliance:
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
- Manage TDS deductions, payments, and return filings
- Invoicing & Billing:
- Generate sales invoices and ensure timely collection
- Coordinate with vendors and customers for payment follow-ups
- Inventory & Ledger Management:
- Maintain stock-related entries, adjustments, and reporting




- Reconcile party ledgers, supplier balances, and customer accounts
- Monthly & Annual Reports:
- Assist in preparing P&L; statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Support in audit processes and financial year closing
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Maintain up-to-date records of all financial documents
- Ensure timely statutory filings and liaise with CA or external consultants as required

✅ Requirements:Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- Preference for candidates with CA Inter or Tally-certified

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and basic accounting software
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian tax laws
- Understanding of inventory and costing principles

Soft Skills:

- Attention to detail and high accuracy in financial work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
