Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations and statutory documentation. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles and be comfortable working with Tally/ERP, GST, TDS and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, receipts and supporting documents.
- Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain customer and vendor accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns and other statutory compliance.
- Verify GST invoices, input tax credit and related documentation.
- Maintain proper records of expenses and supporting bills.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports as required.
- Assist in preparation of profit & loss statements,



balance sheets and other MIS reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors and customers when required.
- Maintain proper documentation of all accounting records for audit purposes.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and provide regular updates to management.
- Handle petty cash and maintain cash records.
- Ensure accounting entries and financial records are accurate and up to date.
- Support management with financial data and other accounting-related requirements.

Requirements
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / accounting software.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS and basic statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
