We are looking for an experienced Junior Accountant to join in Oman. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience and a good understanding of day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, vouchers, and accounting reports.
- Perform bank and cash transactions and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
- Assist with monthly and periodic financial reporting.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receipts.
- Support the senior accountant in daily accounting activities.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience as an Accountant/Junior Accountant.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
