Hiring: Accountant Head

Location: Indore

Experience: 10–15 Years

Preferred Industry: Hospital / Healthcare / NGO / Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall accounting and finance operations.
- Handle Tally/ERP, GL, AP/AR, journal entries and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare MIS and financial reports.
- Handle donation receipts, funds, and related accounting activities with proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and legal requirements related to donations and financial activities.
- Verify bills, payments and financial records.
- Coordinate with auditors and manage the accounts team.
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting and reporting.

Key Skills

- Strong accounting & finance knowledge
- Hands-on experience with accounting software's
- Good communication and team-handling skills
- Robust attention to detail
