About Us

Kumar Ashwani & Associates is an established, ISO 9001:2015 certified Chartered Accountancy firm with offices across North India, providing services in GST, Income Tax, Audit, ROC compliance, and MIS / Virtual CFO. We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team at our Jalandhar office.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts for multiple clients in Tally Prime and other accounting software
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and handle GST reconciliations
- Calculate TDS, file TDS returns and issue TDS certificates
- Prepare bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny and party-wise reconciliations
- Assist in finalisation of accounts and preparation of financial statements
- Support Income Tax return filing and tax audit work
- Prepare MIS reports and summaries for clients in MS Excel
- Coordinate with clients for data, documents and query resolution
- Assist the audit team during statutory and internal audits

Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter or CMA Inter will be an added advantage)
- 3–5 years of accounting experience,



preferably in a CA firm
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Hands-on experience with GST and TDS compliance
- Good understanding of accounting principles and finalisation of accounts
- Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills.
