Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and manage accounts related to construction projects

- Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost estimates, and cash flow

- Track expenses, invoices, and payments for multiple ongoing projects

- Handle accounts payable and receivable

- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and contractors for financial matters

- Maintain accurate records of materials, labor costs, and subcontractor payments

- Assist in audits and financial reviews

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Must have proven experience (1+ years)



as an accountant in the construction or builders industry.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and construction costing

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally or Excel )

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with builders or construction companies

- Knowledge of project accounting and cost control techniques

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
