Tranzeal is looking for a highly experienced, technically strong, and independently client-facing Account Manager who can own the complete recruitment lifecycle—from client requirement acquisition and technical candidate evaluation to interviews, offers and successful placements.

? What You’ll Own

- Independently manage direct US client relationships and act as a trusted client-facing SPOC.
- Build strong client partnerships, understand hiring needs, generate new requirements, and expand existing accounts.
- Conduct detailed requirement discussions and translate business needs into clear technical recruitment strategies.
- Technically screen and validate candidates at a high level—review resumes in depth, assess technology stacks, project experience, architecture exposure, skill relevance, and overall technical fit before candidates are presented to clients.
- Ensure recruiters submit technically qualified, well-vetted candidates, rather than relying solely on keyword-based resume matching.
- Conduct candidate/client discussions confidently and be able to explain and defend candidate profiles from a technical perspective.
- Independently manage client escalations, negotiations, expectations, and challenging stakeholder conversations while protecting client relationships.
- Work closely with Sr. Recruiters and Delivery teams, providing technical direction, feedback, and clear client expectations to improve candidate quality.
- Drive the complete funnel: Requirement → Sourcing → Technical Screening → Submission → Interview → Selection → Offer → Joining → Placement.
- Monitor and improve submission quality, interview ratios, selection ratios, offer conversions, TAT, and placement ratios.
- Leverage AI, automation,



and modern recruitment technologies for intelligent sourcing, resume analysis, candidate matching, market intelligence, and recruitment productivity.
- Maintain complete and accurate recruitment activity and pipeline visibility through JobDiva/ATS.

? What We’re Looking For

✅ 8-9+ years of strong US IT Recruitment / Account Management experience.

✅ Proven ability to independently manage direct US clients without constant supervision.

✅ Strong track record of generating requirements and converting them into interviews, offers and placements.

✅ Exceptional technical screening capability with a strong understanding of up-to-date IT technologies, architectures, skill combinations, and project environments.

✅ Strong understanding of US IT staffing models – W2, C2C & 1099, including MSP/VMS environments.

✅ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.

✅ Strong stakeholder-management and escalation-management capabilities with the maturity to handle senior client interactions independently.

✅ AI-savvy and technology-driven, with the ability to effectively use AI tools to enhance sourcing, technical screening, candidate evaluation, and recruitment delivery.

✅ Strong business acumen with the ability to challenge requirements, advise clients, and provide meaningful market/candidate insights.

✅ Solid ownership, urgency, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset.

? The Profile We’re Looking For

We are not looking for someone who simply receives requirements and passes them to recruiters.

We are looking for an Account Manager who understands technology, can technically evaluate candidates, independently engage and influence US clients, negotiate effectively, manage stakeholders and escalations, guide Sr. Recruiters, leverage AI, and ultimately convert client requirements into successful placements.
