Location:( Butibori) Nagpur, Pune

Experience: 23 Years

Salary Budget: Rs. 25,000-30,000 per month or based on candidate capability

Qualification: B. Com/M. Com/ICWAI/CA Inter

Role Summary

Responsible for managing and strengthening the Accounts Receivable function for the Sumai

Plant and SOS operations,

Key Responsibilities

Monitor customer-wise outstanding and ageing reports.

Regularly follow up with customers for overdue payments and ensure timely collection.

Prepare and maintain customer-wise collection plans and payment commitment trackers.

Coordinate with Sales, Commercial, Accounts, Dispatch, Installation, and other internal teams for payment realization.

Reconcile customer ledgers and identify deductions, debit notes, disputes, and other differences.

Track payment holds related to Retention, PBG/BG, Installation,



Handover, and other commercial issues.

Follow up with customers for resolution of payment-related disputes and deductions.

Escalate critical and high-value outstanding cases to management for timely intervention.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection MIS and share updates with management.

Track committed payments versus actual collections.

Coordinate with customers regarding invoice submission, bill booking, and payment status.

Identify reasons for delayed payments and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.

Maintain proper documentation of customer communication and payment commitments.

Support management in reducing overdue receivables and improving working capital.

Ensure timely reconciliation and closure of old outstanding balances.
