We are looking for an experienced candidate with 1year to 3 year of experience to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Key Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data reconciliation)
- Good knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice processing, approvals, and payment cycles
- Experience in vendor reconciliation, ensuring accurate matching of vendor statements with company records and resolving discrepancies
- Basic understanding of finance concepts such as billing, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with large datasets efficiently
