Role overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Anaplan practitioners. This role requires working hours coverage of 1PM to 10PM IST to support our clients in EU and Americas.

Need hands-on Anaplan experience and FP&A; process understanding, and familiarity with multi-entity financial operations. This role will involve implementing and supporting Anaplan application footprint for mid-size organizations. You will help drive standardization, reporting improvements, and system optimization while supporting both day-to-day administration and project-based initiatives.

What will you do:

- Collaborate with clients to prepare & manage objectives, scope, project plan, timeline, budget & resource plan for Anaplan implementations
- Work directly with clients to document business requirements and translate them into specific Anaplan functionality
- Collaborate with functional and technical team members to develop effective Anaplan solutions
- Manage the effective transition of requirements to the delivery team, ensuring a clear & complete understanding of requirements
- Identify risks & manage mitigation plans in close collaboration with clients
- Facilitate weekly status meetings with clients & prepare weekly status reports
- Provide Anaplan consulting expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate clients most complex requirements




- Effectively configure and customize client Anaplan environments to develop proof of concepts and present sustainable solutions to client executives and key stakeholders
- Provide general customer service and assistance to clients and serves as the go-to’ resource on all project related inquiries
- Supervise, mentor and develop junior consultants and business analysts on application and implementation methodology.

Ideally, you should have:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Management Information Systems
- Minimum 2 years+ of Anaplan experience in either a consulting or client Center of Excellence (COE) capacity Experience as an Anaplan Model Builder and have completed at least Level 2 Certification
- Demonstrated understanding and expertise of connected planning concepts in Anaplan, including but not limited to, Supply Chain, T&Q;, and core FP&A; use cases such as budgeting, forecasting, workforce, driver-base planning & scenario modeling
- Skills to communicate complex issues and solutions, and raise issues to senior team members when necessary
- Previous industry/functional experience in Financials, Accounting, Manufacturing, Software, Wholesale Distribution, Services, Retail, Enterprise, General Business
- Previous experience and ability to gather business requirements and effectively implement on CPM solutions
- Robust oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Excellent client relation skills, organization, & prioritization capabilities
