Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and explain the Gold Appraiser Training Course, syllabus, duration, fees and training process.

- Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins and WhatsApp.

- Follow up with prospective students and support the admission/enrolment process.

- Take complete responsibility for students after admission until course completion.

- Coordinate with trainers regarding class schedules, batches, practical sessions and student requirements.

- Monitor student attendance, participation, progress and course completion.

- Follow up with absent or inactive students and ensure regular attendance.

- Handle student queries, concerns and academic requirements.

- Maintain student admission records, attendance, follow-up details and academic reports.

- Coordinate with management and trainers for smooth academic operations.

- Collect student feedback and resolve student-related issues.

- Ensure students receive course updates,



schedules and required information on time.

- Prepare daily/weekly student and academic reports.

- Maintain a good relationship with students and provide continuous academic support.

Requirements

- Any Bachelor's Degree preferred.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Academic Counselling / Education / Training Institute is mandatory.

- Experience in student counselling, admissions and student handling.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good follow-up and coordination skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.

- Ability to handle students professionally and responsibly.

- Experience in skill-development or professional training institutes will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
