About the RoleAXIONZ Institute is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Academic Counsellor to join our team in Kochi. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through course options, assisting with the onboarding process, and driving lead conversions.

If you have strong communication skills, a passion for education, and love interacting with people, we would love to hear from you! Freshers with excellent interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Conversion: Interact with prospective students to understand their needs and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Inquiry Management: Promptly respond to student inquiries via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Course & Curriculum Guidance: Gain a deep understanding of all programs offered at AXIONZ Institute to provide accurate, detailed information to students.
- Onboarding & Admissions: Guide new students smoothly through the onboarding process and collaborate closely with the admissions team.
- Follow-Ups & Record Keeping:



Conduct timely follow-up calls with prospective leads and maintain accurate records of communications for future reference.
- Reporting: Track conversion rates and prepare regular reports on lead status and enrollment outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome!).
- Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal, active listening, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Good time management and follow-up discipline.
- Basic proficiency in computer/CRM documentation and record-keeping.
