Job Overview

IOTA Academy is looking for a friendly, confident, and student-focused Academic Counsellor to join our team.

This is an entry-level opportunity. No prior work experience is required. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, comfortable communicating with students, and open to working with a young and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student queries related to courses, fees, batches, classes, and schedules.
- Call and follow up with prospective students regarding admissions and maintain records.
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams regarding student and batch-related matters.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the team or management.

Requirements





- Graduation completed or pursuing graduation in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working with a young and energetic team.

Salary

Up to ₹20,000/month, based on skills and interview performance, with performance-based incentives.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
