Job Role

We are looking for a target-driven Academic Counsellor to generate leads, convert enquiries into admissions, and promote the strength of our academic programs. The role contributes directly to achieving monthly admission targets and long-term academic growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve defined admission targets across varied courses
- Generate and follow up on leads to drive conversions
- Counsel students and parents on courses and programs offered
- Plan and execute marketing activities (online & offline) to boost admissions
- Maintain leads and admission records as per company processes and departmental requirements

Preferred Skills
- Solid communication and sales skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing to support promotional activities
- Graduate in any discipline with multilingual ability

Compensation:- Attractive salary + performance incentives Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
