About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and skilled 3D Event Designer to join our creative team and work on premium and luxury experiential events, exhibitions, brand activations, corporate events, product launches, and immersive brand experiences.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in 3D event design, spatial planning, visualization, rendering, and experiential environments, with the ability to transform creative briefs into visually impactful and technically feasible event spaces.

The candidate will work closely with Art Directors, Creative Directors, Client Servicing, Production, Fabrication, and Project Management teams to develop concepts from initial ideation through final execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and visually compelling 3D concepts for events, exhibitions, brand activations, and experiential projects.
- Design stages, exhibition booths, pavilions, experience zones, installations, retail spaces, lounges, entry areas, and immersive environments.
- Create detailed 3D models, layouts, renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals.
- Translate creative briefs, brand guidelines, and client requirements into innovative spatial designs.
- Develop concepts that balance creativity, functionality, brand identity, and technical feasibility.
- Prepare multiple design options and creative directions for client presentations.
- Create photorealistic renders with appropriate materials, textures, lighting, and environmental treatments.
- Coordinate with Art Directors and Creative Directors to develop and refine design concepts.




- Incorporate client and internal feedback into design revisions.
- Prepare layouts, dimensions, elevations, and technical drawings wherever required.
- Ensure designs are practical and suitable for fabrication, production, transportation, installation, and dismantling.
- Coordinate with production and fabrication teams to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Participate in site visits and provide design support during event setup and execution when required.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting creative and project deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in experiential design, event design, luxury environments, materials, technology, lighting, and immersive experiences.

Required Software Skills
- 3ds Max
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- V-Ray / Corona Renderer
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator – added advantage
- Strong knowledge of 3D visualization and rendering techniques

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
- Excellent understanding of 3D event and experiential design.
- Strong spatial planning and environmental design skills.
- Good understanding of materials, textures, lighting, and fabrication.
- Ability to create high-quality photorealistic renders.
- Strong knowledge of event stages, exhibitions, booths, installations, and experience zones.
- Ability to convert 2D briefs and creative concepts into detailed 3D environments.




- Valuable understanding of production and fabrication requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative and production teams.
