We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling international customer calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Salary Package

*Fresher - 22,000/month In hand

*Experienced - 25,000/month In hand

- Follow defined processes, quality standards, and company policies.
- Accurately document customer interactions.
- Meet productivity, quality, and performance targets.

Eligibility Requirements

- Graduate and Undergraduate both can apply.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with international voice/customer service experience are preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good command of English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
