Environment Artist

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and creative Environment Artist to join our team AVTF

Technology .The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of 3D environment creation, industry-standard modeling and texturing workflows, and Unreal Engine 5.

The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, optimized environments and assets for real-time applications, games, VR/AR experiences, and cinematic projects.

Key Responsibilities

● Create high-quality 3D environments, props, architectural assets, and modular environment kits for architecture visualization and cinematics

● Model and optimize assets using industry-standard 3D modeling workflows.

● Create UVs, high-quality textures, materials, and PBR assets.

● Develop realistic environments based on concept art, reference images, floor plans,

or real-world locations.

● Import, set up, and optimize assets in Unreal Engine 5.

● Maintain clean and organized project files, naming conventions, UV layouts,

materials, and asset hierarchies.

Required Skills

● Strong knowledge of 3D environment modeling and asset creation.





● Good understanding of industry-standard modeling and texturing pipelines.

● Strong knowledge of PBR texturing workflows.

● Good understanding of UV mapping, topology, baking, materials, and texture optimization.

● Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 5.

● Strong sense of scale, composition, proportion, lighting, and visual quality.

● Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

● Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Qualifications.

● Strong portfolio demonstrating environment art and real-time 3D work.

● Qualified production experience is preferred.

● Candidates with strong practical skills and an excellent portfolio may also be considered based on their work.

We are looking for an artist who can take an environment from reference/concept →

modeling → UV → texturing → materials → Unreal Engine integration → lighting →

optimization → final presentation while maintaining professional production quality.

Portfolio is required.
