- Handle cash, card, UPI & other payment transactions accurately.
- Generate bills/invoices and manage POS billing.
- Maintain daily cash reconciliation & transaction records.
- Handle returns, refunds and customer billing queries.
- Ensure proper cash counter management and follow company SOPs.
- Coordinate with the Store & Accounts team for daily settlements.
- Maintain a qualified and customer-friendly approach.
