Cashier cum Accountant

Elba Living is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier cum Accountant to manage daily billing, cash handling, accounting entries and financial records at our showroom in Thiruvalla.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily billing, invoicing and customer payments.
- Manage cash, UPI, card transactions and daily cash reconciliation.
- Maintain daily sales, purchase and expense records.
- Handle basic accounting entries and maintain financial documentation.
- Manage sales and purchase invoices, receipts and payment records.
- Assist with GST billing and basic GST-related documentation.
- Coordinate with the head office for accounts, reports and financial updates.
- Prepare daily sales reports and cash closing statements.
- Maintain accuracy in all financial transactions and records.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com)



or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in cashiering, accounting or billing.
- Knowledge of accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally or similar applications.
- Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing and bookkeeping.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Strong numerical skills, honesty and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
