We are looking for a skilled CCNA Specialist to manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring network availability, performance, security, and smooth day-to-day network operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure.

- Install and configure Cisco routers, switches, and other networking devices.

- Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.

- Monitor network devices and identify potential issues proactively.

- Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, routing, switching, and IP addressing.

- Work with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and basic network protocols.

- Assist in network installation, upgrades, and maintenance activities.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware and network-related issues.

- Maintain network documentation, configurations, and inventory records.

- Monitor network performance and ensure minimum downtime.

- Implement basic network security practices and access controls.

- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.

- Provide technical support to users for network-related issues.





- Follow IT policies, security standards, and network maintenance procedures.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of networking fundamentals.

- Robust knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, and subnetting.

- Hands-on knowledge of Cisco routers and switches.

- Knowledge of routing protocols such as OSPF and EIGRP is preferred.

- Basic understanding of network security and firewalls.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of network monitoring tools is an advantage.

- Good communication and documentation skills.

Candidate Profile

- CCNA certification preferred.

- 6 Months –1 year of experience in networking / IT infrastructure.

- Candidates with hands-on Cisco networking experience will be preferred.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Willingness to work rotational shifts or provide on-call support, if required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
