Job Title: CCTV Monitoring Operator (Security)

About the role

We are looking for an alert and responsible CCTV operator to monitor our office premises and keep our people, assets and trading floor safe.

Key responsibilities

- Monitor live CCTV feeds across the office, entrances, floor and common areas.
- Watch for suspicious activity, unauthorized entry or safety issues, and report them immediately.
- Keep a daily log of incidents, visitor movements and anything unusual.
- Check that all cameras, recorders and screens are working, and report faults at once.
- Retrieve and save footage when management asks for it.
- Coordinate with reception and security guards during any incident.
- Keep all footage and information strictly confidential.

Requirements

- 12th pass.



Prior CCTV or security experience is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CCTV/DVR/NVR systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused for long hours.
- Honest, disciplined and willing to work rotating and night shifts.
- Basic communication in English, Hindi or Telugu.
