Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible CCTV Technician to handle installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of CCTV and other electronic security systems at client sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, VMS, and surveillance systems.
- Perform camera mounting, cabling, termination, testing, and commissioning.
- Configure IP cameras, network switches, routers, and remote viewing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve CCTV-related technical complaints and system failures.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and service visits at client locations.
- Attend customer complaints and complete service calls within the required timeline.
- Check camera positioning, recording, storage, power supply, and network connectivity.
- Handle troubleshooting related to DVR/NVR, HDD, PoE switches, monitors, and networking.
- Prepare service reports, installation reports, and site visit reports.
- Coordinate with the Back Office/Operations team regarding complaints, visits, and completion status.
- Maintain proper records of equipment installed, replaced, or repaired at customer sites.
- Coordinate with customers and explain basic system operations when required.




- Identify additional technical requirements at sites and report them to the concerned team.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain professional conduct at customer premises.
- Travel to different client locations as required.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of CCTV installation and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of IP and analog CCTV systems.
- Basic knowledge of networking, LAN, IP addressing, and PoE.
- Ability to use basic electrical and networking tools.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Qualification & Experience
- ITI / Diploma / technical certification in Electronics, Electrical, Networking, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in CCTV/security surveillance installation and maintenance preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
