As a Oracle OCI Senior Associate you will support Oracle compliance and security work within our Business Application Consulting practice, helping clients optimize operational efficiency through consulting services for business applications. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex client needs, apply Oracle application knowledge, and help deliver security and compliance solutions while building meaningful client relationships, guiding junior team members, and navigating ambiguity with professional judgment. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to software solution delivery, support client adoption, and help validate that Oracle environments align with regulatory and security requirements while developing your technical depth and personal brand.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing Oracle compliance and security requirements to identify control gaps and support remediation planning
- Implementing security configurations and access controls across Oracle cloud environments and business applications
- Reviewing application controls, policy adherence, and regulatory requirements to support compliance activities




- Interpreting client needs and translating them into practical security and compliance solutions
- Developing documentation for security procedures, audit support, and control testing activities
- Monitoring data access, roles, and permissions to help protect sensitive information within Oracle environments
- Supporting issue resolution by using critical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving methods
- Building client relationships and contributing to workstreams through clear coordination and timely follow-through
- Mentoring junior team members on Oracle security tasks, documentation, and standard work methods
- Applying Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle application knowledge to improve control design and operational performance

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics, Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Risk Management, Statistics, Systems Engineering
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Security, Identity, Governance, Risk Management, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security domains
- Demonstrating Oracle Cloud security skills across identity and governance domains
- Applying critical thinking to complex compliance and security scenarios
- Interpreting data to shape practical recommendations for clients
- Building client relationships while mentoring junior team members
