Junior Architect (1–3 Years Experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Architect with 1–3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team and contribute to the design and development of high-profile commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented professional who is eager to grow, collaborate with experienced architects, and participate in all phases of project delivery—from concept design through construction documentation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with complex, large-scale projects in a supportive and design-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the architectural design process across all project phases, from concept to construction.
- Collaborate with project teams—including senior architects, designers, engineers, and consultants—to ensure coordinated and high-quality work.
- Contribute to the preparation of design presentations, renderings, and 3D visualizations for clients and stakeholders.
- Support the production of detailed drawings and construction documents under the supervision of senior staff.
- Participate in site visits, documenting progress and assisting with construction administration tasks.
- Conduct research on materials, building systems, and design trends to support project development.
- Ensure that design solutions align with building codes, zoning regulations,



and sustainability goals.
- Engage in continuous learning and skill development in both design and technical areas.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 1–3 years of professional architectural experience, preferably in commercial or residential projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp (or other 3D Softwares) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong design sensibility with attention to detail and technical accuracy.
- Basic understanding of construction documentation, building codes, and zoning regulations.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles; LEED accreditation or similar is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented, fast-paced setting.
