The Floor Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities on the retail floor, leading the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets and maintaining the premium presentation standards of the Tantashala store.
The ideal candidate should have solid communication and leadership skills, a passion for fashion and retail, and the ability to convert customer interactions into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Store & Floor Management
- Manage daily floor operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor the performance of sales staff.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain store discipline, cleanliness and visual presentation.
- Ensure products are properly displayed, organized and replenished.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
