About the Role

We’re looking for a Support Engineer to join our SRE team and help keep our cloud platforms reliable, secure, and highly available. If you enjoy troubleshooting, Kubernetes, cloud technologies, and solving real-time production issues, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

- Monitor and troubleshoot production environments and incidents.
- Diagnose Linux, Kubernetes, application, networking, and database issues.
- Work with AWS/GCP/Azure and cloud-native technologies.
- Analyze logs, metrics, alerts, and system health.
- Support CI/CD deployments and operational activities.
- Manage incidents, escalations, RCA, and documentation.
- Collaborate with SRE, DevOps, and Engineering teams.
- Participate in rotational on-call support.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years in Production Support, SRE, DevOps, Cloud,



or Infrastructure.
- Hands-on understanding of Linux, Kubernetes, and containers.
- Basic knowledge of AWS/GCP/Azure and SQL.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or TiDB.
- Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk, or ELK.
- Robust troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
