Job Summary:

The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive exceptional service. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and acting as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a strong understanding of financial products and services, capable of fostering trust and driving client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understand client needs and objectives, identifying opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell relevant products and services that align with their financial goals.
- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and present new solutions or updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, operations, legal)



to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, demonstrating the value and perks of our offerings.
- Monitor and analyze client accounts to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for enhanced engagement.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client retention, revenue growth, and recent business acquisition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.
- Act as a client advocate, ensuring their feedback is communicated internally and contributes to continuous service improvement.
- Manage client onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
